This is big old Tzu Tzu in a chippy iron bed I got today. I figured he'd jump in it right away. And he wasn't thrilled when I bothered him to get a pic!

Maple Hutch

Here's this week's project...try to transform this 1960s early American style maple hutch into a nice display piece for a country cottage.

UPDATE! The hutch is now burgandy. It *spoke* to me LOL & I just couldn't do it in the linen paint color I'd planned. That happens to me often. (...she talks to furniture?)
It may get a top coat of black or oil rubbed bronze paint color. We'll see.
It will look awesome in a country prim deco. Perfect with an old wooden trencher filled with BitterSweet & a couple grubby candles on display.
